Terms of Use

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the TNT Steel online building configurator, drawing generator and related pages (the "Service"), operated by TNT Steel LLC, Houston, Texas ("TNT Steel", "we", "us"). By using the Service or submitting a form, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy.

1. Preliminary & illustrative only

• All 3D models, renderings, drawings, dimensions, member sizes, specifications, quantities and layouts produced by the Service — including any materials emailed to you — are preliminary, illustrative, and provided for general information and design discussion only.
• They are not for construction, not stamped, may contain errors, approximations and simplifications, and are not a substitute for site-specific engineering.
• They may not be relied upon for any purchasing, construction, financing, permitting, scheduling or other decision. You are responsible for independently verifying all information before acting on it.
• Final designs, member sizes and construction documents are produced only under a signed purchase agreement and are sealed by a licensed professional engineer for the state of delivery.

2. No offer — no contract

• Nothing produced by the Service — prices, "from" figures, estimates, preliminary quotes, drawings or emails — constitutes an offer, quotation, or basis for a contract. Such materials cannot be accepted, countersigned or otherwise acted upon to form a contract with TNT Steel.
• Estimates are based on typical specifications and current steel market conditions and may change at any time without notice.
• Final design and final pricing can be established only after a site-specific engineering review for your delivery location — including local building codes, wind, snow, seismic and other design loads, and site conditions — and become binding only when set out in a written purchase agreement signed by an authorized representative of TNT Steel LLC. 3. No professional services; no reliance

• The Service does not provide engineering, architectural, construction, financial or legal advice, and no professional–client relationship is created by your use of the Service or by receiving materials from it.
• To the maximum extent permitted by law, TNT Steel disclaims any duty of care arising from the Service's outputs, and you waive any claim based on reliance on preliminary materials received before entering into a signed purchase agreement.

4. Your submissions

• You confirm that contact information you submit is your own and accurate.
• Design links encode your configuration; anyone you share a link with can view that configuration. Do not include confidential information in project fields.

5. Intellectual property

The Service, including its software, 3D engine, drawing formats and branding, is the property of TNT Steel LLC. You may use generated drawings and links to evaluate your project with us; commercial reuse or reproduction of the Service itself is not permitted.

6. No warranty; limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, TNT Steel is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from use of the Service or reliance on preliminary outputs. Our total liability related to the Service shall not exceed $100.

7. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Venue for any dispute lies in the state or federal courts of Harris County, Texas.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time; the "Last updated" date above shows the current version. Continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
